Five Arrested for Trying To Smuggle Drugs Into Oman

Five smugglers were arrested for attempting to smuggle more than 140 kilogrammes of hashish and 50 kilogrammes of crystal into the Sultanate of Oman.

“The General Administration for Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances arrested five Asians while they were trying to smuggle more than 140 kilograms of hashish and 50 kilograms of crystal. The legal procedures are being completed against them,” ROP said in a statement.
