Kuwait: PCR Certificate not Mandatory for Departing Passengers
Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Kuwait clarified that PCR examination certificate was required only for the airports that require this certificate and is not compulsory for all travellers.
The DGCA also stated that they welcomed many more accredited laboratories in Kuwait that would facilitate the passengers who wish to travel.
DGCA further recommends that travelers, before issuing the ticket, inquire from the airline or the travel agency about the procedures that are applied at the airport to which he/she will travel. The procedures differ from one airport to another and are updated from time to time.
