Saudi Ministry, Microsoft Arabia Sign MoU For Cooperation In Media Sector
The Ministry of Media signed a memorandum with Microsoft Arabia in a number of areas. Assistant Minister of Media, Dr. Abdullah Al-Maghwar, and Executive Vice President of Microsoft, Ziad Mansour, were present at the signing ceremony.
The cooperation included developing technical aspects in the areas of data analysis, self-learning, artificial intelligence, security and privacy solutions, and various software and service development solutions to raise the quality of local media content and keep pace with global transformations to serve the future goals of the Ministry of Media.
The agreement aims to enable the media sector in Saudi Arabia to contribute to local economy, and to benefit from the developments of artificial intelligence and its multiple applications in the field.
