Dubai’s Emirates Group Announces Massive Bonus for Employees, ‘Largest Profit Share Payout in the Organsiation’s History’

Emirates Group has announced a bonus for its employees, following an exceptionally strong financial performance for the fiscal year.

Both, Emirates Group and dnata have been actively increasing their global recruitment endeavors as their workforce has achieved an all-time high of 112,406 employees, marking a 10 percent surge from the previous year.

In an effort to ensure competitive remuneration structures and acknowledge the impact of rising living costs, both in the UAE and across their global network, Emirates Group provided salary increases and allowances to its employees worldwide throughout the 2023–24 period.

“Following the then-record results from 2022-23, all eligible colleagues also received the largest profit share payout in the organisation’s history, equivalent to almost 50 percent of their annual basic salary,” Emirates’ said in their annual report for 2023-2024.

The substantial bonus and profit share payout are a testament to the Group’s commitment to recognising the hard work and dedication of its workforce, as well as their contribution to the organisation’s continued success.
