Oman Reopens Few Commercial Activities Starting Today
The Supreme Committee for dealing with coronavirus has issued a decision allowing some commercial and industrial activities to re-open.
The committee stressed, “It is required to allow only two customers at the same time in the shops of electric vehicles, change oils, repair brakes and sell and repair tires, and the service is limited to delivery for other commercial activities.”
Following are the commercial activities that are allowed to open:
1. Money exchange houses
2. Vehicle repair shops and spare parts stores
3. Vehicle rental offices
4. Fishing boat repair shops and stores selling spare parts of fishing tools.
5. Stores that sell electronic and electrical devices and computers
6. Sanad offices
7. Stationery stores
8.Printing shops
9. Quarry shops
10. Satellite broadcasters
The decision is effective starting today, April 28.
