A new electronic system providing better services for inmates has been unveiled.
The Director-General of Reformation and Rehabilitation Brigadier Abdulsalam Al Oraifi and Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Organisation, Brigadier Mohammed Al-Haram were informed about the e-system.
The initiative is part of the efforts undertaken by the Interior Ministry to develop the reformation and rehabilitation centres and reinforce the values human rights values.
The e-system includes a direct interactive platform to enable officials to know about the operations and services provided to inmates throughout the day to ensure they are provided with the required facilities.
